This page explains the website data used by MNB Security and Communications when someone reads our service pages or requests a commercial quote. This website has no account, login, or client portal.
Project enquiries
The quote form collects your name, phone number and email, your company if you give one, the city or site address, and a description of what you need. The form also records the services you select and any building type shown with your request. Please do not submit alarm codes, credentials or passwords through this form or by email.
We use enquiry information to review the opportunity, respond to you, coordinate a suitable next step, and keep a record of your enquiry. The website stores the submission in the website database and uses a transactional email service to notify MNB.
How we record where an enquiry came from
A temporary session cookie can remember the first public page you visited, permitted campaign tags and which website referred you. It records the referring website rather than the full referring page URL. Only supported public-page paths and campaign tags are kept; other query parameters are not recorded in this cookie.
This website does not load Google Analytics, Plausible, or another third-party visitor analytics script.
Service providers and retention
Website hosting, database, and transactional email providers process data only as needed to operate these functions. MNB does not sell project-enquiry information. Records may be kept as needed to manage an enquiry, provide service, maintain security and backups, or meet applicable business and legal obligations.
