Commercial intercom & entry systems

See and talk to visitors or drivers before you let them in. We install and upgrade commercial video intercoms and lobby entry panels, answered from a desk station, a computer or an authorized phone.

  • In business since 2020
  • We walk the site before we quote
  • Labelled, tested and documented at handover

What we can help with

An intercom lets you see and speak with whoever is at a lobby door, shipping bay or truck gate, and let them in from where you are. We install and service Aiphone IX Series, Axis network intercoms and multi-tenant telephone entry across the GTA and select Southern Ontario sites.

  • Seeing who’s at the door and letting them in from a desk or a phone
  • Replacing an old intercom, reusing the existing wiring where it tests suitable
  • An intercom that releases the same lock as your access control

How it works

Upgrading an old intercom

If the building already has an old intercom, reusing its wiring can cost less than pulling new cable. We test the existing runs first, and where they’re suitable, the new stations go on the old cable.

Intercoms at vehicle entrances

Gate stations let visitors call a desk station, with remote release wired to the gate operator. We place pedestals at the right height for the cars and trucks that actually use the entrance.

Desk stations, phone answering and door release

Answering on a phone or computer, and releasing the door from the same system, depends on the intercom, door hardware, network and licensing. We confirm how answering and release will work before we quote.

Common questions

All questions about intercom & entry and more
Can the intercom work with our access control?
With compatible equipment and an approved door design, the intercom and access system can release the same lock. We check the hardware, the release interface and the exit requirements first.
Can residents answer the intercom on their phones?
Answering on a phone or computer, and releasing the door from the same system, depends on the intercom, door hardware, network and licensing. We confirm how answering and release will work before we quote.
