Commercial intrusion alarm systems

Know which door, bay or yard zone set off the alarm. We install, partition and repair commercial intrusion systems for buildings, yards and loading areas.

  • In business since 2020
  • We walk the site before we quote
  • Labelled, tested and documented at handover

What we can help with

An intrusion alarm tells you when someone gets into a building or yard who shouldn’t be there. We install and service DSC PowerSeries Neo/Pro, Bosch and ICT Protege systems across the GTA and select Southern Ontario sites, split into areas so you know which door or bay tripped.

  • A new partitioned alarm for an office, warehouse or fenced yard
  • Servicing, expanding or taking over an existing DSC, Bosch or ICT panel
  • Alarm areas tied to card access, so a valid card disarms on the way in

How it works

Detection inside the building

Door contacts report an opening, and motion detectors cover the open areas. We place detectors with heaters and vents in mind, and name each alarm area so you know straight away what tripped.

Protecting a yard or fence line

A big yard usually needs layers. Long-range motion detectors, photobeams and lasers cover open ground and the openings a fence can’t close. Distributed acoustic sensing covers the fence itself.

With distributed acoustic sensing, a fibre optic cable runs the length of the fence. The system feels the vibration of someone climbing or cutting it, and it’s tuned on site to cut down false alarms from wind and small animals.

What’s included

The final scope follows the drawings, the site walk and what each trade supplies.
What’s included: intrusion alarms
PartWhat we do
Panels DSC PowerSeries Neo/Pro, Maxsys, Bosch and ICT Protege panels, keypads and zone expanders
Doors Recessed door contacts, and heavy-duty floor or track contacts on overhead shipping doors
Open areas Commercial dual-tech motion detectors and acoustic glassbreak sensors
Panic buttons Panic, hold-up and duress buttons at reception desks, cash rooms and shipping offices
Perimeter Outdoor motion detectors, photobeams and laser sensors across yards, driveways and gate lanes
Fence detection Distributed acoustic sensing: a fibre optic cable along the fence that senses someone climbing or cutting it
Access integration Alarm areas and doors managed together on ICT, LenelS2 or DSC, so a valid credential disarms on entry
Monitoring Professional central-station monitoring is available through a monitoring partner. Any ULC monitoring requirement must be confirmed with that partner for the selected service and project scope.

We test and label the work in our scope, show your team how to use it, and hand over the agreed records: cable test reports, as-builts and port schedules where they’re part of the job.

Common questions

All questions about intrusion alarms and more
Can you work on an alarm someone else installed?
Yes, where the equipment and software support the work. Before we quote, we look at the existing panels, readers, cabling, software and licensing on site to see what can be reused, repaired or tied in.
Do you monitor alarms?
Professional central-station monitoring is available through a monitoring partner. Any ULC monitoring requirement must be confirmed with that partner for the selected service and project scope.
